I am so grateful to Med Peds for supplying me with a mobility scooter on our recent holiday. Hayley was very proactive in any questions or queries that were put to her. The following morning following our arrival the scooter was delivered, with full demonstration of dismantling and putting back together.
I cannot express enough how pleased I was with such a great service.
Med Peds was a lifesaver. I’m recovering from a back op and optimistically thought I’d be okay on holiday. But I wasn’t and within two hours of me contacting Hayley at Medped, she arrived at my hotel with ‘Jazz’ or as I fondly named her, my ‘Madgemobile’. My holiday wouldn’t have been the same without this scooter. Hayley is lovely and spent time going through how it all worked and the cost was really reasonable. I really can’t fault the service or the scooter itself. A really big and sincere thank you!

Massive 5 star service to hayley for making my other halfs hoilday so much easier supplying a scooter for their stay.
Hayley is so nice and down to earth made my other half so comfortable in using the scooter which allowed them to be able to go out an about around our hotel with no struggle.
I recommend this service to anyone who has walking difficulties, it's definitely value for money so greatful we found her. Big hugs to you hayley your a angel in disguise. You won't get rid of us now see you again soon xx.
Hired a scooter for my husband a few weeks back via Med Peds Through messenger. Was apprehensive that it would go smoothly when we got to Tunisia. But bang on time Hayley arrived at time agreed with our scooter for my husband. Was such a smooth process the scooter was a godsend for him whilst on holiday. If i hear of anybody who requires to hire a mobility scooter in tunisia i would definitely recommend Med Peds.

Hired a mobility scooter for myself for the first time ,I had the best holiday as did not have to struggle to get around it was a godsend to me ,and the lady was lovely and helpful ,the only downfall was that we had to go to the car park to collect it and return it as the hotel are not allowing them to bring them to the entrance and it's can be a struggle for a lot of people to have to do this ,have recommended it to a lot of people great service
Great services, instantly replaced a faulty scooter aswell which was good. Meant i could get around much easier
Thank you to Hayley, ordered on the Tuesday at the Sahara Beach Hotel, was delivered that afternoon, the scooter was great as had damaged my back it meant I could still enjoy the rest of my holiday. It was picked up when we were told it would be and deposit refunded. Will definitely use again if I require one. Thank you.
Brilliant service . Would definitely recommend. The scooter was dropped of within 30 mins of arriving at the hotel. I was shown how to use it and was able to go all around the resort without a problem. Very reasonable prices for the 10 days . It was an absolute godsend
Thank you so much for the scooter it was a life saver. Enabled my sister to have her own freedom. Droped off and collection great, even gave us advise for our holiday. Staff great would recomend using them.
Brilliant service, I took my 90 year old grandmother away and she wasn't able to get about as she thought she would, so this was life saving for her was provided with a wheelchair within 10 mins asking the hotel. Thank you so much again for your services.

I am an ambulatory wheelchair user and hired a wheelchair from Med Peds recently when we stayed in Port El Kantoui.
It meant I didn’t need to worry about my wheelchair going missing or being damaged on the flight and also meant I could see all of Kairouan in the wheelchair- and its beautiful, accessible town and mosque.
The prices and service are just amazing!
Well what a surprise! Didn't think I'd be able to find a mobility scooter hire in Tunisia.
But we found MedPeds.
Easy drop off and pick up from hotel. Always quick to answer questions about the hire even before arriving into Tunisia.
My friend couldn't have got around the hotel grounds without it. A great service from start to finish.
Honestly what a life saver this was for my dad! Gave him the freedom to go around the hotel without worrying about falling or being stuck somewhere! If we come back next year I will deffos be getting one again! Xx
Was recently in Tunisia. As I can now hardly walk right ro arthritis I looked on Google to see about hiring a disability scooter. I found MED PPEDS and was so glad I did. Hayley kept in touch with me while waiting to travel and we arranged to meet at 11am in hotel reception. I waited after breakfast and Hayley arrived. With my scooter all fully charged and ready to go. She was a little early which I like when meeting anyone. The scooter made my holiday the best for a long giving me the freedom to go out and around the resort which I've not had for a long time either home or away. The scooter was brilliant and well maintained. Haley us a lovely lady and was telling us about how she had had the business for ten years. When we arranged to meet for the return once again she was very prompt in fact a little early again. She refunded my deposit in GBP the same as I had paid in. All in all I was very satisfied with the device and everything and if we go back to Tunisia I shall be using the service again. As I say it added so much to my holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone in need of a scooter. Thanks Hayley for your great service and see you again should we return. Cracking service from start to finish would highly recommend to anyone the scooter we hired was a life saver for my mom dropped off ready for as soon as we arrived at the hotel and picked up just 10 minutes before leaving don't stuggle and get your independence 5* service all round!
